Begg & Co is a world-renowned producer of the finest scarves, stoles and blankets made from only the best yarns. A multitude of processes go in to the production of each piece which are then hand finished. One of the original Paisley mills since 1866 they are now based in Ayr on Scotland's west Coast.
Developed by Begg x Co in the 1970s, the perennially popular Arran is made from 100% pure cashmere and finished using hand-harvested Italian teasels, which are gently brushed across the surface to create the iconic ripple effect. Superbly soft and incredibly hard-wearing, this signature style is ideal for those cold winter months, with a dense weave that provides excellent thermal benefits.
