Manifattura Ceccarelli was started by Giuliano Ceccarelli in 1998. He grew up in Santa Sofia, not far from the Casentinesi forest UNESCO World Heritage Site, a remote landscape dominated by ancient woodland and a wealth of unique flora and fauna.
It is from this landscape that Giuliano takes his inspiration to create his uniquely functional classic outerwear in the hope that it will help the wearer to properly explore and experience the nature that surrounds them.
Taking with him a wealth of experience from his time with leading American outerwear brand Filson, read more here, Ceccarelli creates outerwear that has all the finesse of Italian tailoring with all of the functionality and durability you would expect from great outdoor wear. All Ceccarelli's jackets use the highest quality down or wool insulation. Using natural products sourced using internationally recognised quality standards guarantees not only a high level of performance but also high levels of animal welfare, something that is of extreme importance to the company in the construction of their jackets.
