Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to send out all orders within 24 hours with most sent the same day.
While we try to keep the website as up-to-date as possible occasionally items listed on the website may have been sold in our shop. We will confirm availability soon after receipt of the order. No monies are taken before we know the items are available.
We can subtract VAT (levied at 20%) for all orders from outside the EU. We will do this after the order is confirmed when the money is collected.
We use UK Royal Mail so orders should be delivered by the national postal service for foreign orders. We currently deliver to the UK, mainland Europe, the USA and Japan. We are happy to accept returns for online orders within seven days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
