Harley of Scotland have since 1929 been producing comfortably luxurious knitwear based on the classic Shetland and Fair Isle styles of Scotland’s northeast. Harnessing a century of textile knowledge, their seamlessly knitted jumpers are available in a variety of sustainably sourced yarns, from True Voe Shetland to soft geelong wool and cashmere.
Lightweight single-ply jumper knitted in Peterhead, Scotland. As favoured by Sir Edmund Hilary during his Everest ascent in 1953. Knitted in a lightweight yarn which has effective insulating, breathable and naturally antibacterial properties.
Made from undyed, hand-picked Shetland Voe wool in natural black, with warm undertones - more like a dark brown. The colours are untouched with beautiful natural variations from the fleece of the sheep.
Made in Scotland.
