Carl Auböck Patinated Brass Bookends

The bronze-casting Werkstätte Carl Auböck was founded in the 19th century in Vienna. Carl Auböck II attended the Bauhaus school and was inspired by the classic simple lines of the Bauhaus movement. The bookends were designed by Carl Auböck II in the 1950s, and later made by hand by Carl Auböck IV.
