Keramische Werkstatt Margaretenhöhe was founded in 1924 in Essen, Germany.
Headed up by acclaimed artist Young-Jae Lee for almost forty years, the workshop’s beautifully hand-crafted ceramics combine Korean influences with the formal principles of the Bauhaus. From an initial cereal bowl in 1987, the tableware collection has developed to include a range of timeless pieces.
