Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 14 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
