Aton Women's Cowhide Nylon Short Sized MA-1 in Charcoal Grey

ATON (A to N) is Japanese for A to Z, which gives some clue as to the detailing in these thoughtfully fashioned garments. Designer Yasuharu Kuzaki offers clean and timeless shapes in carefully selected silks, cottons, and cashmere, with Kuzaki himself testing prototypes for up to a year to ensure their quality.

Made from an ultra-fine Nylon, bundled into thicker strips and densely woven in Ichinomiya and then dyed with a special dyeing process to soften the elasticity and waistband, resulting in a lightweight nylon material with a strong texture and luster like cowhide. Taking it's shape from the iconic MA-1 Bomber jacket, without the usual ribbed waistband to shorten the length. With two flapped pockets, elasticated waistband and ribbed cuffs.
